- 1 eggplant
- few pieces of garlic clove (you can skip it if you don’t like garlic)
- Green chilies 6 to 7 pieces. ( Adjust it according to your spice tolerance limit)
- 2 medium sized onion chopped.
- chopped coriander leaves (optional)
First cut the eggplant in round pieces. wash them and heat them on a nonstick pan until they are all slightly cooked. Now add the garlic cloves with eggplant and cook until the eggplant pieces are fully cooked. and water inside them dried up. Do not put lid on top of pan while you are cooking. Now heat the green chilies separately until they are cooked.
Now put all of them(eggplant, garlic clove, green chili, onion, coriander leaves ) in a bowl together and add some salt as per taste. Smash all of them together and enjoy!
